what are some good ideas for food to put out on a wedding buffet table?

I am planning for My Wedding may of 2011 and want some ideas for food to put on the buffet table. We are probably going to have one for desert and one for actual food. Does anyone have some ideas on what kind of food to display on the “meal” table?? Thanks!
